• In-Stock Products: Items that are in stock will be shipped out within 1 to 2 business days.
• Pre-Order Products: Pre-orders are made to order and require about 3 weeks before shipping. When an order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order items are ready. If you cannot wait for this period, please refrain from placing a pre-order. We appreciate your kind understanding and patience.

Shipping

• Local Delivery: Free standard shipping within Singapore for orders of SG$100 or more. Orders under SG$100 incur a SG$6 flat shipping fee. Delivery takes 2-4 working days.
• International Shipping: Free standard shipping to all other countries with a US$200 minimum spend. Delivery usually takes between 7-14 working days if there is no unexpected delay.
• Pre-Orders: Pre-order items will be shipped after approximately 3 weeks. If you are unable to wait, please refrain from placing a pre-order. We appreciate your kind understanding and patience.

Returns

• If you are not satisfied with your items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
• To initiate a return, email contact@nucaa.com with your order number. You can choose a refund to your original payment method or a gift card.
• Please note the return shipping costs, the original shipping fee and any taxes are non-refundable.
